Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fox & Flame Press. Below you’ll find important information regarding how and when your order will be shipped.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, new releases, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Fox & Flame Press is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Fox & Flame Press is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information Contact

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fox & Flame Press is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or items that have been opened or read.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us assist you, include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping packaging

  • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement copy or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible issue is approved, a replacement will be issued in its place.

Signed, Limited, or Special Edition Items

All signed, limited edition, or special release items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
